- In July 2019, Huahai International became the chairman unit of Shandong Supply and Marketing Cooperative, and became the second largest shareholder of Shandong Supply and Marketing Agricultural Service Co., LTD. besides Shandong Supply and Marketing Cooperative.At the same time, the shandong grass-roots supply and marketing cooperative platform will be put into operation.

- In 2018, the multi-year cooperation between huahai international and yuntianhua group, the second largest fertilizer producer in the world and the largest in China, was further deepened.
